ناصر دادخدایی در سن ۲۸ سالگی در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در مشهد کشته شد. او با شلیک مستقیم مأموران جمهوری اسلامی جان باخت. وی در جریان اعتراضات مردمی کشته شد.
